HISTORY

Hyde Park Singles is an outreach ministry of Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church. This ministry was established in the mid to late 1970s to meet the needs of individuals who were separated or divorced to help them cope and grow through this crisis in their life. Later, the ministry expanded to include persons who were widowed. The ministry has always been open to individuals who have chosen to remain single. It is a vital and alive ministry today that still promotes healing and wholeness.
